Foundation Service Corp was founded by Todd Peterson in 1999. A vision for providing Intermediate Foundation® solutions with Geopier® products and specialty constructions services including sheeting, shoring, underpinning, helical anchors, driven pilings and cassions and other geotechnical construction has laid a solid foundation for FSC into one of the leading innovators of Geotechnical Construction. While specialty construction remains our focus FSC continues to pursue diverse projects across the US.

We are located in Hudson Iowa. We have an excellent safety record and maintain a substantial bonding capacity.

FSC is a small business yet many of our clients are ENR top contractors.
